Ashley Baker, Founder & CEO
Ashley has over 30 years experience in the equestrian industry, competing at national and international level competitions from pony hunters to grand prix show jumping.
She works as a senior marketing and analytics executive in a show management company, and has previously held marketing and consulting roles across multiple verticals.

We're committed to innovating the Industry by providing analytics which assess equestrian sport from a new perspective, and delivering actionable insights designed to help our clients make more informed decisions and achieve their goals.
