This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes Equestrian Sport Analytics LLC’s (“ESA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information that we collect via the equestriansportanalytics.com website, applications, data storage (including backup and recovery repositories), services and tools. · Other Users. We may use either/both personal information or aggregated statistics to provide content to other ESA users, for example, horses with the highest clear round average or most common faults at a particular competition.

· Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates for business, operational, promotional, marketing or other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
